Matching donor helps YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka raise $37,000 to support vibrant, connected communities

Simcoe County, ON – January 13, 2025 | Buckley Mortgage Broker is proud to announce its ongoing partnership with the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka, contributing to the success of a recent fundraising campaign that raised $37,000. Through the Buckley MacDonald Youth Fund, Gerard Buckley and Mary MacDonald matched donations dollar-for-dollar, up to $10,000, amplifying community generosity and making a transformative impact.

The funds raised will help expand access to YMCA programs and services, enabling individuals and families across Simcoe County, Muskoka, and the District of Parry Sound to lead healthier, more connected lives. These programs include child care, youth development, health and fitness, immigrant services, and employment support, all creating safe and welcoming spaces for people of all ages and backgrounds.
