The education begins immediately with the mentee conducting a mock interview as Gerard stands in for the client. From managing application software to handling customer questions and conversations, the mentee is guided until ready to interact with actual home buyers. Throughout the first few appointments, continued assistance and deal proofing set the way for a smooth learning experience. After a hands-on review approach for the first ten deals completed, the commission split will increase – with regular increases to follow at a set schedule.
